Generator Users Group (GUG) 2021

The Generator Users Group will be held virtually on July 15, 22, 29, and August 5, 2021, as part of the Power Users Annual Conferences (CCUG, GUG, STUG, and PPCUG).
On July 15th, 2021 – 1:15 PM – 1:45 PM EDT: MD&A will present on “Generator Field Main Lead Failures”
The focus of the presentation will be on main lead failures ranging from high cycling and unsupported blocking systems.

On August 5th, 2021 – 2:25 PM – 2:55 PM EDT: MD&A will also present on “Generator Retaining Ring Failure Case Studies”
The focus of the presentation will be two recent case studies that retaining rings have failed due to antirotating locking devices and rivets from Nomex tab blocking systems.
