Why did you choose to work for MD&A and why have you continued to choose to work at MD&A?
MD&A chose me. I was working with Corona Engineering when MD&A bought Corona back in 2001. I continue to work with MD&A because it is a good company to work for and they have always treated me fair.
Do you have any favorite memories from your time with MD&A thus far?
Many fond memories with all my worldwide travels.
How has your job changed over the years?
I started with machining services and now I am with steampath for the last 15 years. Valves to buckets.
How have you seen MD&A change in the time that you’ve worked here?
I have seen many changes. Larger cranes, CNC machine tools, more engineering, safety controls.
How would you describe our company culture?
Wanting to maintain good long-term customer relationships and provide a quality product.
What is the best part of your job or tasks?
The best part is every day can be a different job assignment or a challenging task.
