Operations Manager - Generator GeneratorI began my career with MD&A in 2017, working several years as an intern in the Generator Specialist in Training (GSIT) program. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology, I worked with MD&A as a Generator Specialist in 2020, leading inspections, repairs, and rewinds at customer sites across North America. In January 2026, I moved back into the St. Louis Repairs facility as an Operations Manager supporting the Generator Division.

I currently serve as General Manager at Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis, where I lead a 90+ person team and drive full P&L performance across a large portfolio of projects.
