We manufacture and provide refurbishment of a variety of steam turbine front standard replacement components.  We stock many items such as worm wheels and oil pump seals.  Hard to find legacy turbine control cards for Mark 1 and Mark 2 can be purchased directly form MD&A Control Systems. We provide reverse engineering capabilities as well.

  • Legacy Turbine Cards

    MD&A Control Systems has 500+ Novatech circuits installed in power stations throughout the United States. These cards are designed as a direct replacement using modern, readily available, and reliable electronics for ease of maintenance.  We provide almost all circuit cards available for Mark 1 and 2. Power supply replacements are also available. Available with instructions or MD&A can install them for you.

  • Front Standard & Auxiliaries

    Turbo Parts supplies an extensive line of front standard components as well as many consumables items for your steam turbine auxiliary systems and controls. TPL stocks items such as impellers, oil seals, pilot valve assemblies, governor drive gears, worm and wheels, piston and rings, filters and cartridges, klosures, gaskets, and o-rings, thermocouples / RTDs, vibrations sensors, hydraulic cylinders and strainers.
