  • Generator Retrofits & Replacements

    MD&A/Hitachi offer comprehensive generator retrofits and replacements packages for most turbine generator products including the Hitachi Drop In Generator Replacement.  MD&A/Hitachi provide owners with replacement rotors and complete generator replacements which  provide the latest advances in generator technology.  We use upgraded materials for optimum design and performance and incorporate the use optimized geometry and insulation characteristics.

  • HV Bushings & Auxiliaries

    MD&A provides turbine-generator owners with the engineering know-how to test, analyze and resolve bushing operation and failure problems. We maintain both the tooling and facilities necessary to disassemble, clean, repair, and recondition or newly manufacturer multiple high-voltage bushings, simultaneously.

  • Hydrogen Seal Rings & Assemblies

    RPM can reduce the manpower traditionally associated with the field fitting of critical hydrogen seal assemblies. Since 1984 RPM has designed, manufactured and repaired hydrogen seals rings to correct issues such as excessive oil flow, hydrogen consumption, and electrolysis as the result of grounding. We inventory custom bronze alloys, insulation components and garter springs.  We conduct a complete housing reconditioning for each seal and also offer short cycle delivery.

  • Oil Deflectors

    Improper oil seal clearances can result in immediate and long term operational issues. RPM offers complete oil deflector reconditioning to assure our customers the long term integrity of a tight oil sealing system without the immediate anxiety of a rub induced vibration during start up. We offer an extensive inventory of seal tooth material, body bolts and dowels as well as steam cleaning and painting.  As always, short cycle delivery is available as needed.

  • Miscellaneous Generator Components

    Turbo Parts stocks and supplies many miscellaneous generator parts to support standard unit maintenance activities. All components are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications and tolerances. Short cycle delivery is available for many items.  We carry hydrogen seals, springs, brushes and holders, shaft grounding devices, thermocouples and RTDs as well as gaskets, RTVs, sealants, oil deflectors and much more.
