Technical Direction

MD&A supplies outstanding Technical Directors (TDs) for power plant owners conducting turbine and generator inspections, overhauls, repairs and upgrades. Our TDs have full access to all of the MD&A technical assets, including other MD&A divisions that may be needed to address unexpected technical engineering challenges that arise during an overhaul. On average our field engineers have 10 years of experience from various OEMs, many with significant customer experience. Many of our TDs have far more years in the business and broad backgrounds with many OEM equipment types that enable them to effectively address even the most complex technical challenges.
