Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis Ltd, (MD&A) one of the largest independent turbine repair organizations in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Quality Professional to be located at its Latham, NY Headquarters.
This position will be responsible for supporting the Quality Systems for MD&A’s Turbine Repair Outage Services business and act as a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices. Responsibilities include performing quality audits on all major customer projects, drive continuous quality improvements by performing inspections and resolving repetitive Quality problems. Document quality procedures for process control. Ideal Candidate will possess five plus years of turbine field service experience - Power Industry & Steam Turbine knowledge and/or prior steam turbine nuclear engineer experience a strong plus. Knowledge & proficiency in Quality Systems, proficiency in current PC technology & effective use of software to create forms/documents. Strong Customer Service orientation; Ability to identify, analyze, & solve Quality problems with practical solutions. Engineering degree preferred.
